Being 75 years old and not very familiar with all the intricacies and details of Medicare and supplemental insurances, I needed someone whom I trusted to help me. Not only did she research for me and my wife the best plans but also she was always available to talk to the insurance companies and/or the government regarding any questions or disputes. Furthermore she is always very quick to respond to me if I simply have a question. Finally, she is constantly reviewing the law and regulations to be sure we are "up to date" on our plans. In short, she is terrific and i feel very fortunate to have her helping me and my wife.
